AONE’s annual meeting visual branding and materials is always an exciting project to tackle, and our fifth year working on this project did not disappoint! There is so much messaging and information that goes into an annual meeting, and we really enjoy the challenge of distilling both the feel of the meeting location and the wealth of visual and written information attendees need to have a well-informed and plugged-in experience into a set of materials and visual cues that pull the whole meeting together.

Each year, we do extensive research on the hosting city, both visual and historical, then translate our findings into the conference brand. Our goal for 2018 was to portray the fresh, dynamic, revitalized feel of Indy. We were especially taken with the juxtaposition of Indy’s outdoor public art works with the lush natural areas that surround them.
