In April of 2024, thousands of members of the American Organization for Nursing Leadership convened at the AONL 2024 Annual Conference in New Orleans. This meeting advances the professional development of nurse leaders through innovative and competency-based learning experiences and the topics include health care finance, certification review courses, shared governance, and emerging leader competencies.

For this year’s annual conference, we wanted to create pieces that were informative and helpful, and also lively and musical. These pieces communicate a great deal of important information to attendees, so we focused on clarity of information with interspersed bits and streams of music and exciting photos of all the magic of the Big Easy.
